The staff are always so helpful at this store. I've gone in multiple times with questions about a specific project, and they're always do willing to take the time to give me the information I need. 10/10

Ordered a product online and had it delivered to the store. Arrived at the store and checked in for curbside pickup. After waiting for 20 minutes or so, someone comes out and says sorry for the wait but we only have one lift truck that can get your item and it is being used in flooring right now; they should be done in ten minutes we will let you know if it will be longer. They come back out about a half hour later and say yes are still using the lift and it will be another ten minutes. Been here like an hour now and still waiting. A huge store like this only has one lift. Also, if you have customers waiting, tell them they need to take care of the customer and then then go back to what they were doing with the lift. Poor customer service.

I had a great experience here. I was looking for a product (kids tool set box) that is only sold at lowes on black Friday weekend. I called about 5 stores. They were very rude, didn't seem to want to take the time or find someone who could help me. I called this store and I was transferred to Dan in tools. Not only did he go look for it, but when I got there he took the time to show me others that were similar to what I wanted. And give me his opinion on which would be better. When I got home my husband agreed. Very happy customer
