It’d been a while since I looked for a mattress for myself. A lot has changed with technology and branding. I’m also older than I was and have different priorities for comfort. The staff at the Warwick location were exceptional at listening to my questions and answering them with the best solutions for my budget. I’d been to other locations/stores when looking for a mattress with family/friends and didn’t receive anywhere near the level of service here.
This was my first time going to Mattress firm and I am so glad I did. The salesman Justin was very pleasant. He took his time with us, there was no rushing just to make a sale. He showed us the best Mattress , that was not only very comfortable and a good price for my budget. He also is very knowledgeable of all the different different mattress. It was a very pleasant and knowledable experience. Thank you Justin.
I was on my way to another furniture store to purchase a mattress I had seen yesterday. Mattress Firm was on the way so stopped there first to compare prices. They had the same mattress at a better price, in addition to the bed frame also at a better price and more features available and offered free shipping with a much better return policy also. Justin was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. (I had tons of questions which did not seem to bother him at all) He was not at all pushy to make a sale and was even willing to write everything down for me to continue comparing prices unlike the previous store who wrote only the price on his business card with no information at all. I decided to make the purchase with Justin based on all of the above! I would highly recommend mattress Firm in Warwick to anyone looking for their next mattress!
I walked in and the salesman Mark was very helpful and very informative and quick. If you need something that's to do with bedding go see him or one of the other sales people. They are very customer service friendly...
