Long wait for a simple screen protector replacement. 30 minutes is way to long. If you want people to stay with your company. Customer service should be top priority.

About a year ago, when I switched my cellular plan from AT&T to T-mobile in Colorado, I added my elderly aunt to my plan. She lives in RI and this store in Cranston did a great job helping her get her new phone set up and running. Recently, she needed a new SIM card to support a particular app and they quickly helped her get that working too. They have provided much better service than the store I deal with in Colorado. I greatly appreciate their customer service and I strongly recommend them for your cell phone needs.

The employees here at this location only care about commission and have no problem messing with customers bills by adding unnecessary features that weren't asked for in the first place. Lying and manipulative employees.

The employees are uneducated, and know nothing of the company's policy or procedures. All they care about is wether you have insurance or not.
