Terrible experience, walked into the establishment an was not acknowledged. No hello, or we’ll be with you momentarily.. not a good customer experience coming from a previous tmobile employee.
I went to the this location on Black Friday!!! Morning They were so busy between them working with the customers they kept checking in with me saying they are sorry for the waitnAppreciated that. Service was great will go back!!
The staff of this location are great; sadly the T-Mobile customer service are inept. This in no way is due to the in store employees who've gone out if their way to try and help me with with a frustrating situation.
