All I needed was to quickly buy a phone charger to bring to the hospital for a patient so they could charge their phone. But the people working here were so wrapped up in getting a commission out of other customers that they refused to just quickly sell me a phone charger. Thanks so much for caring more about money than helping someone one for just a second.
Highest recommendation for this store, in general, and Lora G., specifically. First: the store was sparkling clean, everyone was socially distanced, etc. Second: Lora G. provided phenomenal service to me, my boyfriend and especially my 82 year old mother, who was switching phones and services. Lora G. was extremely helpful, patient, did not rush my mother and treated us like we were her only customers. She went above and beyond, assisting my mother, who was nervous about the whole process. Excellent all-around customer service from Lora, for sure! (I would be remiss if I did not mention the other staff, who were also courteous and helpful). If Lora is any example of T-Mobile's caliber of employee, I have no qualms recommending anyone who is thinking of switching services to visit the Bald Hill Rd. T-Mobile store!
Mr. Wellington is the best! He's got great personality with customers and plenty of patience. Every time I come in with a problem, he can always fix it! Everyone does a wonderful job at this location. Keep up the great work and stay safe!

Big fan of the T-Mobile store on Bald Hill in Warwick. It's a corporate store, so [I feel like] you can get more done there. Everybody there is always super helpful -- and, of course, knowledgeable, too.
