Alexis was fantastic. She set me up with a new iPhone and helped with so many details. She really knew the facts and was patient and kind. She is gifted with her personal way with people. I took a friend in who needed help yesterday and she was very pleased as well. I was in business for 40 years in RI and I know first hand that service like Alexis gives should not to be taken for granted.
I would give her 20 stars if I could. She was amazing! Very helpful, pleasant and willing to go above and beyond. Excellent customer service skills and very tech Savy. She knew how to handle every hurdle that I had and when it was beyond her capabilities, she found me the contact information to apple. Great personality and courteous! She was absolutely top notch work with.

I am absolutely delighted with my experience at this store. Thomas and the other employees we're not only knowledgeable and gregarious, but went above and beyond. It's quite honestly the best customer experience I've ever had. I don't say that without a great deal of reflection, as I have been in the sales industry for a decade myself. Not only did Thomas inform me of a trade-in special, consequently, where I went and bought a phone from a friend to exchange, having done so saving me $350. Upon picking up my new galaxy fold 2 his fellow employee was patient with me and accomplished everything that I had intended, plus some. He even offered to go through the esoteric qualities after I played around with it for a few days. I plan on seeing him in regards to the hotspot and watch soon. I'm delighted to say this facility despite three other Verizon's on the way from my house (they had the phone in stock I desired) will absolutely be the one I conduct business with in the future. Thanks to everyone there! It's worth mentioning that two other employees were also accommodating and easy to do business with, as one had sold me an iPhone the week prior and another assisted Thomas in switching it for my Samsung. No matter who you find when you walk in, you're in good hands.
I normally take care of everything myself but this year I had a few new credit opportunities of which I was unsure. So I decided to reach out for professional help this time around and I'm happy to say, it was a great experience to have David taking care of everything and providing the peace of mind I received in return.nnI was very pleased with the service and will be using it again.
