Nice place, hope they open up again.
Closed and unavailable during Corona out-break. Drove all the way from West Warwick only to learn that they were closed despite being in phase 2 of the reopening of RI.nNo notice on door indicating any information. Peeked through window saw several guitars of interest with no means to physically purchase.nConversely Robert's Music 687 Quaker Lane was open. The Staff at Robert's were friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly they were professional. Also concerned about Corona, they staff at Robert's vigorously sanitised each instrument after even the briefest handling.

Ross helped keep my sanity! He repaired my floating tremolo bridge for a FRACTION of the cost. Adjusted the bridge of my acoustic the week later for NOTHING(can't guarantee he will do the same for you, but worth a try, right?)! Give this honest man your money!
In response to a review from Heather McCormick, her facts are incorrect. Richard has not been the owner since he passed away. I have not been rude but in her eyes maybe so. She is responding to a situation that her Mom created by not paying her rental fees. Taking over a year to pay a balance and having to send letters and making phone calls was getting me no where, therefore the police had to intervene and that's when she finally paid her Mom's past due bill. Ignoring her responsibilities was not a good example to set for the child for whom she was renting this instrument This is a business and we cannot give out free rentals.
