Macy's

I bought shoes there, the salesperson was great and the shoes were reasonably priced. There was a good selection as well so I will definitely shop for shoes here again.

Always a strong odor from the cosmetics counter. A bit overwhelming if you stay in that area. The rest of the store is more organized and in better order than it has been in the past.

Great makeup lines available. Always helpful staff! My favorite department store.

Went to Warwick for a doorbuster sale that started at 9am on Friday 12/18. Was the first person in the store. Went to buy a 15pc perfume sample box. Regularly $20, on sale for $12. Low and behold....none in stock! How can that be on the first day of the sale? An associate told me they sold out on black friday! So why are they in the circular for a sale that starts ,3 weeks after that? I shop at Macy's all the time. I made a special trip for this, and it is not close to me. This is becoming the norm at Macy's. WAKE UP!! You won't be around much longer if you continue this awful service.

I have always been a fan of Macy’s and this one is no exception although smaller in size than I am used to. The employees in the cosmetics and perfume area are very nice and welcoming, the star subtracted is for the employees in the shoe department. I have gone to this store for two years continuously and not once have they even asked me if they could help me and when I approach them is as if I am bothering them even if they are just chatting amongst themselves.
