Over a period of a two months, I worked with Ms. Yun on the complexities of my paperwork for a new passport. With 3 different organizations involved, this took a long time to get everything sorted. However, the Korean Consulate and Ms. Yun, a Consular Services Specialist, made this transition as easy and as painless as possible. She continued to respond to my email and helped me communicate with the other Korean Agencies in Korean. I really appreciate the help and the support the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea and their staff.

Everybody was kind and fast but the securty guard. She was so annoying.

I called and waited for 10 minutes just so a lady can hear me say hello, answer in korean and hang up. Just terrible.

After living in Korea for more than 3 years and a holder of a Korean driving license, I asked the consultant to help me procure a driving record. The consulate refuses to produce those documents to non-Korean people. A good example of racism as you would expect.nnI’m stuck with no other means of getting a driving record certificate align with the consulate seal.nnShame on you.

My husband and I visited there a month ago.nBecause we moved in from ny to Connecticut not long ago, and he needed to renew his passport.nBut I wasn't happy about their addtude that the way they treated people.nnThe person who was working inside the window, she was kindly. but the woman who was working just in front of door, she wasn't nice at all.nBecause I got a little trouble to find the right form, and when it took a little time, she told me as if she was very annoying at me.nso I also felt bad, and I had to come back with a bad mood.nnI think their job is help people not make them feel bad. but unfortunately, she did that.
