Always great, friendly service. Plenty of seating for groups and individuals. The staff and management work collaboratively and always get the orders correct. You can place orders ahead on your app, use the individual kiosks as you walk in or head for the counter. There is also a fun outside seating area for when the weather is good.

Panera bread is a very nice place to dine. The food is always fresh and healthy. You are able to eat in, order for pick up with drive thru or curbside pick up. In door dine in is safe and tables are constantly sanitized and socially distanced. They have a varied menu of salads, sandwiches, soups, pizza, pastries and so much more. The staff are friendly and your food is ready in minutes. The restaurant is well maintained and clean and you can use the bathroom facility here. There is also ample parking space.

Rude. Ordered through the app. Delivery missing item(s). Called, and rude employee (Courtney, I think?) didn’t even bother to empathize that part of my dinner was missing or that I was basically stolen from. I was offered a fake “Sorry” and a credit. I would have gladly accepted if I could eat store credit for dinner...nnDidn’t offer to contact driver (even though they use DoorDash and that info is easily accessible), provide me with a way to contact them myself, etc. Literally, offered no help.nnI order from Panera 5+ times a week and always recommend it for staff lunches. Not anymore.nnTip: hire people with a little more emotional intelligence to fill your customer service roles.

The food was good a little more money than I would have expected her place like Panera but overall it was good and I would probably go back I can't say that I was unsatisfied

Great food; variety of choices for light and/or more hearty meals. Staff is always friendly whether I've used drive-thru or ordered inside. They also have call ahead orders to go which works out to save time. If they do happen to make a mistake, they will rectify immediately and you receive a free dessert of your choice.
