Horrible..4pm on a Saturday afternoon with multiple people working and all that's available was unsalted plain preztles. No bites would've had to wait 10-15mins if we stayed. If I could've given no stars I would. Going way down hill with employees who don't care and stand outside while line is half way through mall. Will not be going back
I love their pretzels. Could eat them all the time.
They never seem to have what I want on the menu. It’s always a 15-20 minute wait. Such a shame.
Spoke with Nancy about helping my son ask his girlfriend to the prom by spelling out the word prom with pretzels. Without hesitation she said her employees would create what I asked for. Exceeded my expectations.
I love the buttered pretzels bites so yummy !!
