Without exaggeration I can say these are the best cheesecakes I've ever had. My husband wanted a special kind of strawberry glazed + whole strawberries cheesecake for his birthday and I found Cheesecakery through searching desperately for a local bakery that made this type of cheesecake (which apparently is harder to find than one would think.) Jennifer was incredibly fast to respond after I submitted her online form, was kind and polite, suggested fillings to enhance the cheesecake, and - of course - produced amazing results. My husband ate an entire half of the strawberry cheesecake at once on his birthday. Everything was fresh, the crust was thick and delicious, and the minis (wild berry with extra strawberry on top! and coffee cake) are amazing. We will probably make Cheesecakery a regular visit from us for special occasions throughout the year.
Now this is cheesecake! The kind you crave out of nowhere when you are at work on a Tuesday. I am speaking of the mixed berry cheesecake, which is a swirl. The fruit is mixed into it, which makes every bite rich with flavor. The crust is sturdy and tastes great on its own too.nnFruit just sitting on top of the cheesecake = over it! Jen's fruit swirl cheesecakes are a much yummier option!
IF YOU WANT AMAZING CHEESECAKE LOOK NO FURTHER, ORDER YOUR CHEESECAKES FROM JENNIFER. SHE IS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. SHE PUTS THE CUSTOMER FIRST. THEY ARE THE BEST CHEESECAKES ON THE EAST COAST NO DOUBT. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED.
This is not your typical cheesecake. Jen, the owner creates each cake to order and will honor any request no matter how imaginative. I've tried quite a few cheesecakes so far and I can say her attention to detail is reflected in her craft.nIf you cant decide on what you want she has a few different sizes as well, from mini to large. This is your stop if your looking for a local artisanal cheesecake custom made to order with fresh ingredients. My favorite is the cookies and cream cheesecake.
