the way they talk behind customers backs is crazy. i worked there for like 2 weeks and nothing there is fresh, it’s a very unsanitary environment. i recommend going to a different dunkin’...this one isn’t worth anyone’s time

This is supposed to be a 24hrs dunkin. We are trying to call to see if they made a grubhub order that was never delivered and no one is answering. We are nursing overnight staff who just wanted to see if our order was made to pick it up, but both grubhub and Dunkin have disappointed us.

I worked there and let me tell you. Its just bad. The donuts and bagels are all frozen. Nothings fresh. The way they treat customers is horrible. I was kicked out by the manager after I left. Definitely do not go here. It'd horrible

Went there for the first placed my order for a hot tea and a bagel as is it was over 6 dollars.. Wasn't given a Receipt the gentleman who took my order came to where pick up order was and threw the bag with the bagel on the counter and walked away.. Then someone called a number and I noticed 2 teas there asked a young lady she check with the gentleman she said I only charged him for one tea.Then I asked why was it so high she said bagel is over 3 dollars. I was shocked at the price..never going there again will tell all my friends dont go to this location ever.

Ordered through Grubhub, received Only 1 of 6 items ordered. That item was an iced coffee and of course it was made wrong. They charged me for everything and wrote on the receipt sorry please call manager in the AM the following day. Spoke to the the female manager and she denied that they are affiliated withh grub hub and denied that it was them and basically told me it’s not her problem.(used number in receipt and called) but yea thanks for charging me 28 dollars for a an iced coffee then telling me too bad and deny anything I say while I have a whole receipt :)
