Dunkin'

I previously gave this store a five star review, and I've chosen to change it based on MANY negative encounters I've had at this location. If you are in a hurry, DO NOT GO HERE. They're always slammed, and there is NEVER anyone manning the front cash register. For whatever reason, all staff ignore the front register and work the drive through, which is always backed up to the street.nNow...for quality, it's garbage. Out of the 5 or 6 sandwiches I've recently purchased here, four of them were still cold in the middle.....COLD....just don't bother going to this location at all unless you're desperate to wait 15 minutes for a large hot coffee with cream and sugar.

I've been going here for years out of convenience. I live less than a half mile away. Most recently, the past two years. Service has gone downhill. I have tipped very well, especially during this pandemic. In hopes service would improve. But today was the worst experience I've had in a while. I was in a hurry. Went to drive thru. I ordered 2 coffees and 3 donuts. I had to repeat order 3 times in the speaker. I get to the window. The young man takes my card. Charges it. Opens window and says what do you want for your 5 donuts. I said I only ordered 3. He takes a few minutes and gives me money back and apologized. He says what 3 donuts do you want? ( Basically 5th time I've said the order. ) I tell him. It takes two times to get them. Ok. Window closes I wait in a now very long line.. Feels like forever but close to a minute. A girl comes to window and says did you pay yet? I said yes I'm waiting on 2 coffees. I say them again. She hands me something. I can see it's visibly wrong. She says no it's right. She asks a friend. She says your right he's making the right one. She hands me another visably wrong coffee. I say it's supposed to be black. She hands me a black coffee . I put it in drive and tell her this is still wrong. It's supposed to be large. I couldn't take it anymore. So I still got charged for a large and got the wrong order. I think they lost my business...

My second favorite local warwick dunkin the coffee never tastes like gross coffee so even if I need a remake it's usually just the ingredients address wrong. But the coffee tastes clean

This dunkin always messes up my order weather I go in or go thru drive thru they still mess up

They had me pull over and wait for a breakfast sandwich. There whole business is coffee and breakfast sandwiches and they couldn't pull it off. Place is a joke.
