Just a busy place
They made an amazing job in fulfilling my order even when the uber dropped off the wrong order, they went above and beyond, they were amazing and super great customer service.
HORRIBLE STAY AWAY! Sunday at 6:45 am on 1/31/21nWent to this location and ordered coffee and donuts with my family at the drive thru. The young man that took the order didn’t understand that we did not order a pumpkin coffee, yet a Dunkin Midnight. Got to the window told him the order was wrong, he took back the coffee and said you ordered it wrong.Went inside to talk to a manager and the whole staff was argumentative! No type of customer service skills whatsoever! No type of resolution! We will never go there again !
The coffee was great, the sourdough egg sandwich is so good...really tasty. I like it better than the croissant one.
Go to this location instead of the one down the road. The service is much faster, and the quality is far superior.
