Went in to pay my bill, which hasn't showed yet. I figured I should take a payment in since I was sure I should of gotten my bill by now. As is probably true for most of us I passed by a couple of items that caused me to back up and take a closer look. Okay, I paid my bill then returned to rack and chose a shirt and pair of pants that were just to cute to pass up and both were marked down. I then found a shirt ( summer one ) that I seen while Christmas shopping. So I'm sure Kohl's is happy that I spent about a third of the payment I just made. That's what happens when you go inside to pay your bill. Temptations everywhere. I will wear my new clothes happily. ud83dude09
It is really well organized and has really nice staff
I had a good experience in this location. I placed an order online and was presented with the option to pick it up in store to save $5 towards a future purchase. I did this. I walked in the store. They directed me to customer service, they scanned my phone and asked for an ID. I got my item and left. It was as simple as that. I have also noticed on other trips that the store is kept clean and the cashiers are friendly. It makes a good shopping experience.
The associates at this store are always friendly in spite of the fast paced work they complete repeatedly! Each customer appears to be treated with dignity and respect! How refreshing!
Nice clean store. They always have great deals. They seem to constantly have sales going.
