Terrible pick up experience. I ordered on the app to pick up in store. When I arrived, they made the pick up counter a checkout cashier as well. So I ended up wait it in line with customers trying to checkout. So what’s the point of ordering online?? Never again.nI will never order from this store again.
I tried to enter the store this morning to use the Starbucks. I am a healthcare worker and needed a coffee before another long shift at work.nnI arrived about 7:30, no one was in line at Starbucks and barely anyone in the store. A heftier woman in red denies me entry and told me to beat it even after explaining my situation.nnAll I wanted was a coffee, what I got instead was terrible customer service...nnWhoever denied me entry I hope you sleep well at night denying health care workers their right to shop.nnNever shopping target again!!
poor service at the checkout. the employees were young and were chatting and fooling around the whole time. We stood on the line waiting for them to attend us, but it took so long we just decided to go on the self service.
