Had great service at Acton’s Mattress Firm today. Called early in the day to check availability of a standard twin mattress and wanted pick-up instead of delivery. Jay checked stock, sent me a link to finalize order remotely through their store (took about 7 minutes start to finish), and had the mattress ready when I arrived several hours later to pick it up. Seriously the easiest and fastest mattress buying experience I’ve ever had! Would definitely recommend them!

My 96 year old mom needed a new bed and Edwin, the new manager there, was fantastic. No pressure, respectful of budget, and when there was a delivery problem with the one she chose, he found her another one that fit the bill, and was even a little cheaper. The delivery guys were awesome, on a rainy day, right on time and set up & cleaned up the plastic wrappings. Great, easy experience!

After making comparisons at other stores we returned to Mattress Firm in Acton, MA to purchase two beds. Why? #1 was Paul’s knowledge of the products and honesty when answering many questions. #2 We visited more than once and was welcomed each time. #3 Quality of mattresses available.nAll 3 were very important when making the final decision and Paul made it happen!! Can’t wait for my new bed to arrive!! Thank you

Great, low pressure buying experience. Nice (well air conditioned) show room with many, many options. Thanks to Alexa for her excellent customer service.
