Candy and Becky were extremely helpful when problem came up with our containers. But the man checking people in when you enter the container yard is not helpful at all. He doesn't explain anything even when it's your first time in their facility. A little more information would solve massive back ups.
Very bad waste of time
They need more workers one person to check trucks in and out totally unacceptable get more people !!!!!!!!
The new manager Tyler is such a good man he waited on us for 10 mins after hours and unloaded us thank you Tyler for understanding that sometimes we just need a couple more minutes to make it there.
More business done here than other locations, yet less organization and terrible terrain, hard on our trucks. Staff is cool , and have a new manager ud83dude03.
