The sales rep on the phone told me that I’d be able to use my space up until 10pm being the first time I check my cube out, thank god I made it to the actual location right before they closed to get a gate card to let me through and into the building! I’d give Paul 5 stars for helping me out right before closing time, but 4 stars as the sales rep on phone needs to have their information be accurate.
Location was spotless; everything worked; the local site manager is customer focused, and once called me to advise that I had left my unit incorrectly locked. Very positive experience; we still have one unit there.

The Marlborough CubeSmart is clean, bright, and airy. Everything feels brand new. My unit is easy to access by elevator. Card access to the gate and the building means I don't have to remember any access codes. The manager was really friendly and helpful when showing me around and setting up my account. 5 stars!
