Debbie at Simply Self Storage on S High St is Awesome! She is super friendly and answered all of my silly questions. She made my first time gettin a unit painless and easy. Oh yeah and it was pouring down raining the day I was there and she gave me her umbrella to use without me even asking when she saw I didn’t have one. I recommend This place and everytime I need a unit I will be back !
Had my unit broken into. Very interesting they even put the lock back. Asked for the video and responses were well how would they know, when did it happen to basically it was not going to happen. Well we have insurance. Not the point. I should not have to pin point a time and visit my unit every week. This was suppose to be secure. Lost a wet cutter and a high end pair of hockey skates that I know of. Double up your locks and key and combination if you store here.

I’ve been looking around for a new storage unit and I had an entire list of questions, when I say Linda helped me with every question I had I mean it. She was patient, thorough and honest. In the land of storage people need to listen to Linda!
