One of their trucks almost took out four people on the highway in a short time frame. Kept weaving and swerving into other lanes, not staying in his own, and kept cutting people off. He nearly crushed a small car against a concrete divider while getting off at an exit. When I finally passed the truck, the driver was on his phone, not paying any attention to the road. Tried contacting their customer service to report the hazardous driving but we couldn't get an agent on the line. Truck #0760818.
Asked our company to provide Christmas help to their FED-EX account. We noticed right away that FED-EX was not providing BOL's and got in touch with our Broker. Told us it was station to station moves and they understood there was not always a BOL and to use the rate con as our bill. Well accounts payable didn't go along with that and we got stuck for $5k trying to help them out. Ho Ho Ho! never again. Don't trust anything the Broker tells you.
Warning do not be foolish enough to go to work there. Owner made covenant but not with God....
