Please improve, Major miscommunication between the two shipping offices A & B. security send us to shipping/receiving office B, then they tell us to walk to shipping office A, A tells you to go to B, then B tells you to walk back to A. Come to A, you need a different shipping Number. Can we just do our jobs please, & make life easy. A must do a better job.
I've been to this location a few times and have always had a favorable encounter. The employees have respect for others and I get loaded fairly quickly. The industrial park is dated and could be easier to maneuver around in, but it all works out.
Old hag in the shipping office will lose her mind of you dont have a pen. Conpletely rude. Will not haul out of here without charging excessively for use of our carriers trucks. She dont need to be working here at terminal warehouse with that attitude
Nice people got here early and got me out
A great customer to pickup a load at the guard checked me in and directed me to the correct warehouse and they loaded up the trailer in 20 minutes they didn’t waste any time on getting me out of there quickly. I look forward to seeing them again
