They usually have the household goods I need. I'm old enough that it's sometimes more enjoyable to browse in person rather than online. (I'm looking at you, Jeff Besos!)nnThis visit they seemed to be out of stock on several things I've bought there before or needed this time. It felt like they just emptied the back room to make the front loom full.nnI know that the franchise has announced they're closing some locations, and maybe this is one of those.
A very nice person climbed the biggest ladder you ever saw just to take a peek if they had my size for a bed set I wanted. They have Ugg which is super soft everything for beds.
I went to purchase a specific item. They were all sold out. The manager checked in the back and they didn't have any back there. She gave me the option of going to a different store that did have it, but it was too far away. She then said she would order it for me and that I'd get it next week, delivered to my door. Very helpful.
Always helpful to offer a ship to home option if an item isn't in stock. Love the discounts in the mail. I use them all the time.
