Georgie was amazing! Her personality really shines through and her work ethic is amazing. She’s been the only person to solve the problem with my phone in the last six months. Such a relief. Thank you so much George and I really appreciate you and the time that you take to make everybody in the store feel welcome.

The manager Eylan comes across as honest and friendly. He’s not! If you buy a phone there check your receipt, he’ll add a bunch of things you don’t need and convince you that it’s part of the package you bought, even though you didn’t want a package. This is a 3rd party company not backed by Verizon all all! He charged me $152.00 for items I didn’t need or want. I traded in my phone so when I called to complain they told me I could return it but my phone was already gone so I had no way to transfer my information to another phone. He knew that. I’m older and not up to speed in technology so as soon as I walked in the door he knew I was an easy target and I was. Just check to make sure you’re buying from a true Verizon store and not a 3rd party store and especially don’t go to the riverton store on 12600!

I went in to upgrade my phone. The store manager Uriel was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I had so many questions and he took time to answer each one so I understood how the phone operated. He transferred all of my info and made sure the new phone was working great and that I understood before leaving the store. A screen protector and case were put on the phone as well. Uriel went above and beyond in helping me today and I very much appreciate it. He is a credit to your company. Karen Wright

This isn't a review for this location specifically, but for Verizon wireless as a whole. I have has Verizon service for 15 years or longer and it has been good. I feel like it is a little pricey but I've stuck with it because for the most part I haven't had many issues. The issue lies with almost every phone purchase I have made through Verizon. I have purchased every phone I've had directly through Verizon since I have had Verizon service. Between trade in credits, rebates, and/or gift cards I have received 1 out of the dozen or more owed. The most recent and last purchase I will make through Verizon was a moto Z3 that had a retail of $480 but had 50% off deal. When I went to check out online it said I would be charged the full amount but would be credited the $240 within 3 billing cycles. I am 7 billing CYCLES later and a half dozen phone calls into it and I have never received the credit. For $500 the moto Z3 would not be my phone of choice. Their are far better phones for that kind of money. I am in sales and the customer service business and i understand mistakes happen and if they are fixed then I am happy. I do not like leaving bad reviews unless I have given a company every opportunity to right a wrong and unfortunately after years of buying phones through Verizon and multiple issues, I will NEVER buy a phone directly through them ever again. Buyer beware. You will always end up paying retail for a phone and if you do get your advertised price, it will be after countless hours on the phone with customer service.
