ignore the bad reviews, those people either have unrealistic expectations, or think the world revolves around them...it doesn't. Great service, great products, reasonable prices.

Anyone that has been to a Zagg store knows that they absolutely rip you off with the installation fees. Someone takes 60 seconds to put a shield on your device and they charge you $10.00. It is not-optional and it is not refundable.
Beyond that they have the worst customer service. If you have a problem with something you bought from them, you can ONLY go to the store that you bought it from. Of course they don’t tell you this, so you get turned away if you go to another Zagg store. Lastly, they do whatever they can to get you to spend more money than you need to, and if you have to replace a shield you bought from them, they charge you AGAIN for the installation fee. So, order a shield online, from a different company.
