The team over at the south Jordan T-mobile store go above and beyond to help there clients. They stayed after hours to help me get my service restored and tried everything possible to get it accomplished. Ty, David, and Brittney are the 3 that helped me out while I was there. They were super friendly, willing to help in anyway they could. 5 stars hands down!
Staff is friendly, helpful and personable. I have never had a problem in this store. The staff is willing to take the home necessary to help meet your needs. They are knowledgeable about their equipment and phone services. I highly recommend them.
Ty McCourt did an amazing job, he is super professional and really knows his stuff and is really great to talk with. He spent all the time we needed to answer all of our questions and even went above and beyond what we've had in the past.
I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience there. Things went quickly and smoothly. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.
Had a great experience with this store. Zach was so helpful getting us set up with new phones and adding a line. We had issues with one of the phones so we went in the next day and Eli so graciously helped us get it figured out. He was so personable and made it an easy, and enjoyable experience!!
