Went in today with my mom to buy her a phone, and the customer service was excellent. Lexi went above and beyond to help my mom. Lexi is super knowledgeable and shared the many options available to my mom and she was so patient with us! She spent a long time with us and was very courteous the whole time. I hope Verizon realizes how lucky they are to have such a helpful, sharp employee.
The people that helped us did a great job. Seemed to understand the issue my wife was having with her phone. Only issue is, her phone messages stopped working again shortly after we left. Is a new phone and probably has more to do with the phone rather then the service.
Fantastic customer service, quick and efficient. Makenzie and Carlos were extremely helpful.
Jisa and Carlos stayed late to fix my issues. Jisa really went the extra mile. Thanks guys.
Taylor helped us switch to Verizon, and he was super helpful! He went out of his way to find us ways to save money on our phones and was knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. It was a great experience!
