Well, where do I start ...DON'T GO HERE! I have had multiple horrible experiences here. Im not sure if its all Verizon places but, I bought a watch clear glaze to protect it. Good luck at getting it. I have so many hours trying to get them to glaze it again after buying the lifetime warranty. Funny thing, they can look up my receipt and see sure enough I bought it.... No luck..I would pay for a new watch with as many hours I have spent in there. My dad recently passed away and Im trying to pay his bills. Good luck! This pushed me to my limit! I was treated like poop, they don't care he just passed away, not even for a minute..... They would not even let me pay his bill. Ohhhhh FYI I will not only be paying his bill...... but canceling now for sure. I also belong to that Verizon with my company. I too am leaving. I am going to spread the word every second I can...... If you don't believe a word I say.. Walk into the store with any warranty issue.....Any..... see what they do...
I'm horrible at remembering things. I think it was Ryan? It was a month ago.. But he stayed late to help us get a new plan and he was patient with us. Even when our phone numbers were having trouble transferring to Verizon. Overall amazing experience.
Great visit! Everything was simple and timely. Bought a new phone and got it set up in an hour.. Zarrius was excellent and very friendly.
Zarrius and Ryan were extremely helpful. They saved us a lot of money and who doesn’t want to save money! They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our questions.
