I could not believe how helpful, informative, and efficient this store was, in particular Ty. He answered all my questions and then provided me with supplemental information to help me make the best decision without feeling pressured. As someone with a career in customer service you tend to notice details, such as, while Ty was focused on helping me he was also aware of other customers in the store and redirected a colleague/manager to assist someone who had arrived before a couple the colleague/manager was heading towards. It's service like this that made my decision to leave Verizon that much better.

Ty helped me with my phone bill and attempted to resolve my issue with my phone settings issue. He booked my appointment with Apple Care to ensure that my issue is further looked at. His customer service was by far one of the best even better than the Jordan Landing branch. Thanks again and I hope that your manager gives you a raise or a bonus!

I was having an issue with my new phone connecting to the network and I wasn't able to get it resolved myself or by calling tech support, so I decided to go into my store. Walking in the door, I was heartily greeted by Ty. I spent twenty minutes there, and he made me feel welcome the whole time. It was like talking to an old friend. He finally figured out what was wrong, and now I have a brand new phone that works perfectly, all thanks to Ty. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I went to the store last week, had a problem with my phone. Ty took care of the issue right away. He’s awesome. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Ty worked until my phone issue was fixed. Thank you so so much Ty. I really appreciated your patience and understanding. Best location to shop at hands down!

I came in about a week ago and was helped by Tyson. He was extremely professional and helped assist me with all my questions. I had a slight problem with my bill bay and he was more than understanding, and went the extra mile to help me out. He was also really nice and helped me also learn about choosing the best phone for me. When going to this T-Mobile, ask for Tyson.
