Great Furniture Deal has amazing customer service on top of great prices and inventory! I ordered a desk on a flash sale back in May. Due to COVID, shipping overseas was taking longer than normal. I canceled the order and thought I could find it elsewhere. I COULD NOT! Literally nowhere else in the world! As I already had the hutch for this desk, it was imperative that I had THIS DESK. I called back to reinstate my order, and not only were they happy to do so; they also honored my original flash sale price. They didn’t have to do that! I was so grateful. Barbara went over and beyond to help me and was so very kind and generous. She and Katie kept me updated often about the status on the desk. Delivery was flawless, and the guys even helped me by taking it upstairs. I am so thankful and my daughter is thrilled with her new desk. Thank you, Great Furniture Deal and Barbara! It won’t be forgotten!

Over the years, I’ve dealt with numerous furniture companies and repeatedly encountered poor customer service , lack of follow-up with problems, and pass the buck attitudes. Barbara at GreatFurnitureDeal.com restored my faith in online ordering. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and very attentive to the customer, not to mention her refreshing sense of humor. I was so impressed that I ordered another recliner from her even though there was a problem with an install hookup by the delivery people. She was on it right away and arranged for a local technician to resolve the issue. Their prices can’t be beat. I’m confident that I chose the best company for my furnishing needs; even better than the North Carolina wholesale companies.

This place was great! They were able to get me a mattress that is been searching for and couldn’t find. It was $200 cheaper than the only other place I was able to locate one. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and informative. There was a small hiccup as to the date the mattress was being delivered, but they followed up a few times and everything went smoothly. I honestly thought customer service was dead and gone until this. I’ll definitely be giving them my business in the future!

What an amazing surprise to receive a call to let me know that my delivery had been upgraded to white glove room of choice. Does it get any better than that?? Can't imagine it could. Awesome company and even better customer service!! Thank you so much for the hook up!!
