I wanted to send my appreciation to Mike for helping us out on Black Friday! I very much appreciate him taking the time to safely show us our option and help us find a fantastic bed at a bargain of a price. We ended up getting an iseries hybrid with and adjustable bed frame and I'm telling you, we will never go back from an adjustable frame! Please! If you are looking to upgrade, go visit Mike and you will be more than happy with the outcome. Also, wanted to thank Nathan for his willingness to help if we ever needed it! Great experience!
I have had the best experience with Mattress Firm. And Nathan Terry is the very best sales associate. Purchased a Purple mattress a year ago and absolutely love it. Great service, easiest purchase of a mattress i have ever done. I called to see if they had the mattress I was looking for in the store so I could pick it up and not wait 6 weeks for shipping. He asked me what I was looking for and who was sleeping on it and then talked to me about a different mattress that was better than the one I was looking at and it was on sale for less than the one I was going to buy. I would come back and refer anyone to go here for your mattress purchase. I have the mattress now and it is amazing. Thank you!
Nathan was such a great help in helping my brother find a mattress that met his needs. He was patient with all of our questions and with our little niece exploring the store. He found us great prices on the products we needed. We definitely enjoyed our experience with Nathan at this store.
