Andy did an amazing job from start to finish. He took the time to educate us on different material choices for carpet and has a big selection of colors and patterns to choose from. He got us scheduled and got the job done quick. The quality of carpet is so nice and we did not overpay, thanks Andy! I will be sending anyone I hear talking about carpet to you!
We’ve dealt with Mountain West over the last 12 years. Tile, carpet, and furniture at different times. Excellent service and results every time. Just yesterday was our latest. We had new carpet in three bedrooms laid. Here are the highlights, the carpet came in sooner than promised. Daniel and his coworker was in and out of the house in about three hours for all rooms. They left it cleaner than they found it. Both of them were so polite and professional. And Andy was so helpful in picking out colors with my wife. It looks terrific. I would recommend these guys to everyone. The price was right too. I could go on and on, but I’ll stop. You won’t be sorry when you choose this company.
Best shopping/buying experience ever! Derek Rascon is extremely knowledgeable . He was beyond helpful and so patient as we couldn’t choose which beautiful floor we wanted. He is seriously the best! I have already referred all of my friends and family here, I highly recommend checking them out.
This company was phenomenal in every way! Took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted. Made sure installation dates were made on time, and gave me very high quality products. They also made sure to follow up with me after installations were completed to check if I was happy and satisfied. Their work was beautiful and on point. Plus they were easy and enjoyable to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any kind of flooring.
They were so quick to come out and bid my space! Even quicker to get on their schedule to instal. Had such a great selection lots of different price points. Happily answered any questions I had about carpet and mats!! LOVE the way my stairs were done! Highly recommend!!
