Terrible customer service. Carpet bubbled after 2.5 years and they wanted to charge an extremely unreasonable amount to fix their original job. Not accomodating at all. It took several weeks just to schedule the restretch, I kept getting the run around from Kirra. Finally got the appointment scheduled only for the guys to show up and tell me that they couldn't do it. Kirra was extremely rude, did not inform me that the entire room needed to be cleared out for restretch. My card was charged for a job they did not complete. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere!
We had a great experience with Pro Floors. They were suggested by our restoration company after a flooding incident. Our contact at Pro Floors didn't try to oversell us, was patient with all of my inquiries, never talked down to me, and took time to talk through all the options. Even though they had a full schedule, they shuffled some things to squeeze us in to accommodate the tight turnaround we needed for our insurance company. The installer did a great job and we are happy with the final product. They were also really fair with us on pricing, and had a great range of products. I would gladly hire them again and would recommend them to friends.
Five stars are not enough for Brandon and his wife Rachell who are the owners of Pro floors of Utah. When I went into their store I was having to learn a lot about LVP flooring and I did not have a lot of time to learn all the ins and outs of the product. They helped me find what would be best for my situation and most of all I feel like I have gained some friends. Once you buy it from them it is like you are adopted into the family. Thank you ProFloors of Utah
Very professional, very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very good people to work with. If you need flooring this is the place to go.
