My wife ordered a rug from here that we were really excited about. From the pictures online it looked to have rich charcoal tones and deep yellows. Unfortunately when we received it, the colors were all flat and muted to where it almost just all looks the same beige color. Luckily, the owners were great to work with and got us taken care of.
No doubt they have great furniture and decor but their color editing of items posted to their social media is far from the actual coloring. The store is cramped which probably equates to lower pricing so you can’t complain. Their employees seemed to be at most ill informed about availability, durability and options.
We’ll be back. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They have great deals and an impressive selection. They made furnishing our home a breeze.
After searching for months, I found a rug here that I was so excited about. Unfortunately what we received didn't look like that rug that I chose online. Thankfully they were willing to work with me.
Don't pass this place up. I am always shocked by the prices of the high quality furniture, the modern or traditional designs, and the luxury materials used in them. This place is doing it right.
