I just moved here from New Mexico and I'm so glad that I found this store. They had exactly what I was looking for at an amazing price. They were really great at keeping me in the loop with the status of my order and the delivery was easy to schedule. I would definitely recommend shopping here if you are in the need of new furniture at a good price!

The Furniture Lady is the BEST furniture store in Utah! 1) Their prices aren't ridiculously overpriced like other major furniture companies in Utah. 2) The staff is incredibly professional and nice. They will do everything they can to get you taken care of every time. 3) They have always under promised and over delivered. They go above and beyond for their customers to ensure they give realistic timelines for custom furniture pieces. My wife and I love shopping at The Furniture Lady. We have purchased beautiful bed frames, headboards, tables, nightstands, and just recently a couch that we are eager to receive. I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy quality but not overpriced furniture.

* updated review: the couch finally arrived. It took 4 months. I moved my review to 3 stars, because I really do love the couch. It’s exactly what I was looking for and couldn’t find anywhere else. It’s so soft, but also firm. (Weird, I know) Sooo frustrated!! I ordered a couch May 26th still have no sign of it. They can’t track it and won’t know if it’s coming in until the day before?!? What? Because of Covid they said it would be 12 weeks. Fine. I ordered it and waited 12 weeks. I got a message that it was shipped out from California after 13 weeks. They still don’t know where it is, or what truck it’s on, etc. it’s been 16 weeks. That’s 4 months!! And no delivery date insight. How can there be no record? If you need furniture before 4 months look else where.

I love shopping at The Furniture Lady! I have been to almost every location and always end up finding something that I love! They are very good about keeping you updated with your order as they receive info from the manufacture.
