My mom and I just had one of the best shopping experiences ever! We were searching for a high quality mattress and just happened to stop at the Mattress Firm is Draper. Elizabeth greeted us and explained how we could "test" the mattresses we were interested in and still comply with COVID requirements. She made us feel welcome and comfortable as we tried out different mattresses. Elizabeth checked in on us periodically and answered any and all of our questions, she was awesome! She was even very accommodating when she realized that both of us had different ideas about what we felt would be the best choice and value for our budget. She worked out a great deal for us, not only on the mattress my mom wanted, but on the one I was interested in as well. In other words we couldn't pass up such a great deal and bought both mattresses. I would highly recommend anyone who is searching for a high quality mattress along with high quality non-biased information and service to make their first stop with Elizabeth at the Mattress Firm in Draper. Our experience was amazing!
We went back to mattress firm to purchase a bed after doing some research on our own. Miranda was so helpful. She greeted us as we walked into the store and then was able to answer every question we had. She provided us with options only in our budget and when I came time to purchase she provided additional discounts that were on top of the sales promotion. We are happy with our purchase and commend the staff.
We bought a mattress from Mattress Firm and turns out it was not a good fit for us. Matress Firm honored their 120-day exchange policy and they helped me select a new one! It was a simple process. Good selection, great sale prices and friendly sales help!
We had a great experience purchasing with Mattress Firm! Joe was super helpful. We had a tight budget and he made sure we were eating the best of the best, while sticking to our budget. He was kind and professional and more concerned with helping us to get what we needed than about dollar signs, which is not common with sales people!!
We’ve had our mattresses for a few weeks now and everyone is sleeping GREAT!!
I went in originally because we needed a new box spring. We also needed a new bed, so I wasn’t entirely sure if we could get a decent bed in our budget.
Rory was super helpful in getting us a quality mattress within our budget. We’ll definitely come back here for a new bed when we are in need of another.
