My husband and I had a great experience shopping at the Lazyboy store. We stayed in budget and Stephanie, the designer and our wonderful sales rep, Janet were so helpful. They came to our home and brought samples of three different styles I liked in the store. Once all the fabrics were placed in the room it was so obvious which way we should go. You spend $1000’s of dollars these ladies made sure I didn’t make a big mistake. This service didn’t cost any extra money. This made us happy so I didn’t have to bring along with me my expensive interior designer. MC and TC

Hunter at Lazy Boy was awesome and took very good care of us. He was honest and not pushy and even made us aware of the shipping times and it actually took a lot less than we were told. Thanks Hunter I’d highly recommend him to help you purchase furniture there. Thanks again Hunter!! Very happy with Lazy Boy!!! They also offer a lifetime warranty on the parts too to the chairs.

Stephanie, a designer for La-Z-Boy at the Draper store, was so helpful! She was very knowledgeable of the products and helped me pick out a sectional sofa that best fit my family room in terms of function and style, yet being mindful of the size. Without any prompting, she texted me pictures later in the day of the fabric color and spec sheet of the sofas I purchased so my family at home can get a better idea of what to expect. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

I recently stopped by the Draper, UT gallery and was very impressed with the exceptional service provided by Jordan Young. He went above and beyond to assist me, even though I was looking at furniture to buy in the future for our upcoming move to the East Coast. He took the time to suggest styles, upgrade options, and upholstery choices. His recommendations were extremely helpful and I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to have a friendly, easy-going, yet highly professional experience buying their first or next piece of furniture from La-Z-Boy!

Overall this is a good place for good furniture at a good price. However, we found we had to stay on them to do what they say they will do. Salesperson was going to get back to us with price on a side table we wanted to add to our couch order. Never heard back from him. So we had to go back in and order the table in person. After 12 week wait ready for delivery. Told they would call the day before to let us know when delivery would be during our busy Saturday. Nope... never got that call either. Had to call them back to find out when delivery was. Not a reason not to buy there... but they mentioned a few times how they would follow up and it didn't happen. So be ready to be proactive in getting what you need from them.
