Very disappointed. We saw many awesome Beds we would’ve loved to buy but after walking around for 10 minutes, 3 employees were more interested in each others stories and not 1 of them greeted us or even acknowledged us as we were the only customers in the store. Guess we will take our business somewhere else.
We purchased a dining room table here, and were very impressed with the table and the staff. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They also made sure we were satisfied with our purchase after the delivery. Will definitely shop there again.
I spent a chunk of money there and they were decent to deal and USED to deal a bit on the prices now they do not. The furniture business is a high mark up business so I am not faulting them for trying to get what they can. BUT they rename the product from another manufacturer so you can't easily price compare...I found the same products from the manufacturer with the proper name for about 35% less that their renamed same product. I tried to deal with them to match, but they would not entertain any sort of match, so I bought from the other place and saved a lot. So do your homework and you can save quite a bit!
After 1.5 months and two failed deliveries, I called in to the store angry. Our original salesman dropped off the map when the second dresser arrived so damaged they didn't even load it for delivery. After trying multiple times to reach either him or the manager by phone with no luck, Jaime stepped in and took AMAZING care of us. We weren't even his customers, and yet he got us the dresser and mirror we had ordered almost two months ago in a matter of days. Jaime provides exceptional customer service, is fun to work with, and genuinely cares about helping people. If you go here, you want to work with him.

MY boyfriend and I had been searching high and low all day for a furniture bench that
1. fit our space
2. fit our style
3. we could take home that day
Oak express was our last stop of the day. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Kendra. She didn't bother us while we walked around. We found two items we really liked. Measured the one we prefered and ended up buying it.
And the even better part....We paid about $200 less than we had expected. Great experience, we will return.
