Sebastian is the best!! We had to wait a long time to get our couch because of Covid, like everywhere else. But our Caruso Dove Sectional came in on time. Delivery and assembly went great. We discovered a problem with our couch within a couple days (slight damage from shipping container that I didn’t notice at first). I do not share that to demean or put down Furniture Row, on the contrary, their willingness to help us WAS FIRST CLASS!!!! I was blown away that they didn’t try to fight or wiggle out of an honest mistake, rather they owned it. They came back to our home free of charge because we paid for delivery the first time. They disassembled and reassembled our sectional and speedily replaced the broken piece!!!! SO MANY FURNITURE STORES SCREW PEOPLE OVER. I have been taken advantage of by other local nearby stores around Furniture Row. If I could give 6 STARS I would. My gratitude for how they treated us - start to finish will make shopping easy from now on. I have bragged about how awesome the team is to my family and friends, and our visitors always comment about how rad our couch is :) Furniture Row is kind, helpful, fair prices, but GREAT QUALITY, and most importantly their integrity was tested, and they used the opportunity to not only hit a home run, but a grand slam. If you’re reading this prior to buying, I hope you lean on our experience to make a decision to give these guys a shot. They will be our forever first stop for anything furniture moving forward because of how incredible we were treated.

My husband and I are new home buyers. There was a lot of stress and decision making about many aspects of our home. But one thing we didn't have to stress about was the couch for our living room. As soon as we walked in Furniture Row, we felt like we were in the right place. Sebastian was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions. We never felt pressured to Buy, which helped us feel comfortable looking at all our options. Best furniture store we've been to. UPDATE: We have had our couch for a few months and we are still happy with our decision. We decided to have them deliver the couch and drop it off in the driveway. The deliverers were very kind and right on time! The couch was easy for my husband and I to assemble in a matter of minutes.

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We purchased a new table, chairs, bar stools, And a bench. The day of delivery they didn’t show up within the delivery window. I had to call the store 5 times to ask about the delivery and they said sorry that the driver is behind schedule. No one from the store, nor the driver, gave me a call. I was very late to an important function because of them. The driver finally decided to call me 3 hours late saying he’s on his way and this was at 8pm, so I rushed home from the event. And still they didn’t show up until 10pm!!! They came into the home while my kids were trying to sleep and were build the furniture. They rushed building it all and everything was not put together right and there was damage done to the furniture. They didn’t leave my home until 11pm!!! I was so mad and I called the store the next day and spoke with the store manager, her name is Sydney. I told her the situation and how frustrated I was with it all. And she said she was sorry and was unable to do anything. She told me that they can come back and take the furniture away to have it fixed and bring it back at some point or they can come pick it up and refund me. I asked them why did no one call me about the tardiness of their drivers and she said she didn’t know and that there was nothing else she will do for me. I asked if they can refund me $100 and have someone come and fix the furniture, and she said no. I expressed again how mad I was and if I can speak with her boss and she said that his name was Jason and he wasn’t in. Sydney, the store manager didn’t care whatsoever about the situation or the huge inconvenience they were to my family. I will never shop at this store again. They are TERRIBLE with their customer relationships and their internal communication with their delivery system.

Jaime was amazing!!! He was attentive and patient with all of our questions and concerns. He helped us find the best couch and at a better price. The ability to customize the color and fabric without extra cost!

Sebastian did a GREAT JOB taking us right to the product we were looking for and processing our purchase in a timely and efficient manner. We strongly recommend FURNITURE ROW. They have a terrific variety of high quality products at reasonable and competitive prices and excellent customer service. We will definitely look FIRST at FURNITURE ROW for all our furniture needs in the future.
