This place has really changed. I used to love looking through their furniture to find a bargain piece. Now they only have their brand of furniture, no looking through lots of stuff for that one great buy. Maybe I'm weird, but I liked it before.
We got exactly what we were looking for. The staff was extremely helpful. I always love shopping at Downeast.
We bought a table and chairs a the Draper Downeast. Allie was super helpful in answering all of our questions. Even though everyone was super helpful there, we never felt pressured or rushed with our purchase. I would definitely recommend this store.
Tried to order a credenza and they told me it wouldn’t be here for 7 MONTHS!!!! And then I had came in only a few days earlier and they had a sale and couldn’t tell me when it would end and then I came back in to order and the sale was over and they refused to honor the sale price. Also the girl up front had a attitude and was not nice at all and didn’t seem like she wanted to help us what so ever. Super disappointing.
Excellent service, very helpful and friendly. I keep coming back! Melanie and Missy are wonderful to work with!
