I needed to renew my passport. An appointment is needed for any transaction, which is understandable given the current situation. Service was excellent from begging to end. It was very organized, fast, diligent. Staff were very courteous and proper precautions were in place. Thank you for the great service.

It was & it's desvasted all this situation with the COV 19 got to all us, but that is no stop the employées mis paisanos in the Ecuatorian Consulate in Queens to do the work as call EXCELENCIA. You guys need to put an actuall person to answer questions.... it is really annoying trying to talk to a machine which doesnt even know what you need......

My passport expired and need it to get a Poder for someone in Ecuador but to get an appointment has been a nightmare. My next appointment to renew my passport is in March 2022. My sister got an appointment to do the Poder for June 2021- not sure if I need the Ecuadorean passport to sign for the Poder since I have my American passport up to date and my cedula is fine.
