A truly special and unique kitchen store!! These folks are just downright wonderful, helpful and kind from ownership all the way on down. Baker’s Pin has stunning kitchen gear you just can’t find elsewhere with a wealth of knowledge and expertise to back it up. Had the pleasure of getting some great kitchen equipment from these fine folks over the years, and everything has been just top-notch every single time. The Capresso coffee maker I got from you four + years ago still plugs away every morning like a champ! It would be rare to find a store of this caliber anywhere, but to have this amazing treasure right here in Northampton is truly priceless! Get yourself over to The Baker’s Pin!!
I had a great experience with shopping at a safe distance at the Baker’s Pin today. The owner was very helpful over the phone, and placed the items we were looking for in the window for us to browse. And there were chocolates in our bag!

Did curb side pick-up from them today and they were super helpful on the phone. Plus the price was the same as it was on the manufacturer site plus shipping.
Aggressively bad customer service. The manager tried to shame me for returning a gift. Also, I love to shop local and don't mind spending a little extra to do so, but paying a nearly 50% markup vs. Amazon is just ridiculous.
