Bed Bath & Beyond

Went to B, B and Beyond looking for something very specific. Approached an employee who was busy stocking shelves. Told him what I was looking for. He dropped what he was doing and lead me right to what I wanted. Answered all my questions like he was an expert on that product. When I made a choice, the size and price point I wanted wasn't on the shelf. He went into the rear of the store and came back with what I wanted. Great experience! ! I was treated like royalty. Customer service is alive and well at Bed, Bath and Beyond.

Overall great customer service. I forgot the aero of the guy that was helping me but he is a pure gem . Answered all my questions and gave me advice on products to try for carpet cleaning.

My husband and I went in tonight to fix or wedding registry. Two women at the service desk clearly were over their day and didn’t want to be there because we received no help and attitudes of “I don’t know and I don’t care”. I left there in tears and frustration because no one wanted to explain how to use the new app for this kind of stuff.

Blane and the entire staff were friendly and very helpful! Thank you for everything you do to ensure a great experience!!
