Fort Drum Exchange

Don’t ever call in to ask about if they have a item in stock because they will lie to you. 3 times me and wife called about different products and over the phone they said they definitely had them just to find out they never did. Also when they do have the time you want in stock they will say it’s in the back but never bring it out for literal HOURS making look like a fool for waiting so long.

Great food at a good price. Not better than some locations right the gate though.

Customer service is pretty slow but they have a great employee experience

Dope exchange. But their shoe selection is crazy small. Also they don't have a navy fed or USAA in there so you get charged almost 3 bucks to get your own money. Overall the setup is nice though.
