The company chose to ignore the complaint and did not call back. Parents and guardians should be concerned with the transportation of their children from this company. Not my first time that I've directly observed unsafe and dangerous driving habits from this company. I would not place the transportation needs of my loved ones with this company.
I see these fools every morning talking on their phone and weaving in and out of traffic. I would not transport my hamster with this company let alone my daughter...
