Terrible service. Went 2 times- both times were a debacle. Actually sat in the room ready and they said they couldn’t do the massage ?? Had to cancel because they only had one masseuse - (we were scheduled for the 2 of us for an hour massage). Why let us get undressed and ready if they knew they didn’t have staff? Had appointments as well. This is the 2nd time they’ve messed up staff and timing. Yet to get a massage there, not interested in even trying again. Don’t bother- no one speaks English either so communication is not an option.

What a great massage I got from Lisa. She really worked out my tight neck and back. The only complaint I have is that she did not do my feet at all, and I was so looking forward to it. I would definitely recommend this place and if you need kinks worked out, Lisa is the one to do it!

I have been going here for 2+ years. I always call ahead (usually an hour or two prior) and have never had any issue waiting, being turned away or any complaint.nnMy experience has been excellent all times. If you are just looking for a great massage Urelax in Parsippany is excellent.

For those tired of high prices or monthly subscription fees, this is the place for you. The place is clean the employees are professional and the availability is convenient and consistent. Tough to beat unless your going for that super high end experience.

I love the fact that this place can take you when you want. No appontment requirement and they dont ask for a credit card to charge in case you miss the appointment like Massage Envy does. This place has all sorts of options like foot reflexology, deep tissue and hot stone. They offer gift cards too. Call ahead.
