Found this place online as I was looking for a medspa. Sent an email and was able to speak in detail with Kim. We discussed via phone what i was looking to accomplish and she gave me great advice and insight as to what to expect and what they could do. I made an appointment ( love their system easy to reschedule and schedule) and went after work, their hours are very accommodating.nFast forward to the appointment, greeted with infused water and good smells. Kim looked into my skin, and got to work. It was a great combo of relaxing spa and skin care. I suffer from acne and acne scarring. She gave me a plan of action and I feel very confidant going forward with treatments with her.nSome highlights, they have a great selection of products and they don't press you to buy, location has plenty of parking and is on the first floor, and most importantly i left feeling great.nI can not detail what Kim did, she was working and I was enjoying. I do know the next morning I noticed a difference in my skin already. As it stands I will always have an appointment for treatment to continue on my goal of clear, healthy skin.

Changes is by far the best at what they do. Kim is incredible and has completely transformed my skin in only a few treatments. I have struggled with blemishes and hormonal breakouts and she has done an outstanding job of clearing me up and making my skin GLOW! Highly, highly recommend!
