This place is splendid. The management ownership and staff take good care of you providing you with as many towels as you need and more and providing delicious food and liquid sustenance as well. Ian Morgan and Anna are all friendly and professional full of good information about your experience.Pete the owner takes his responsibility seriously and has a respect and friendship of his staff. The chef provides delicious food cooked to order.nget down there sweat out your toxins have a good time get a massage splash around in the cold water and make it snappy peace and love peace and love.

The facility was clean, the saunas & jacuzzi were nice and hot. They could use a few more chaise lounges but overall, great experience!

Terrible service.nFacility itself is good, but was dirty. Restrooms were dirty. They have a fish tank filthy enough that you cannot see fishes.nWhen we ordered food - the soup was cold and too salty. When I asked to bring bread - he threw it on my table and he carried it in bare hands right after he was cleaning tables. After I complained about above mentioned points - employee just shrugged and replied that they are understaffed.nI did not eat the food, so they refunded food order.nnMaybe it was just that particular day because other reviews are pretty good, but I don't want to come to this place again.

Great saunas, we loved American steam room. Place can use some cleaning, jacuzzi was not the cleanest. But not too bad. We really had a great time, guests were so friendly! Real downfall was a staff. The young man at the bar looked dead inside, was so annoyed with everything. He was eating his lunch, literally chewing food while serving people. The man at the front had attitude as well, charge my son $15 instead $10, and tried to charge us for service we never had. The girl how came in later was a sweetheart, so nice, helpful and friendly! She definetly did't hate her job like other two. She should get 5 stars.

Nice saunas, jacuzzi, clean cold pool.nBut kitchen could be better and stuff could be more friendly.
