Friendly and great customer service. Made sure I received the best price for my needs. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. I would recommend to anyone in the area.nTheir push carts aren’t that great and there’s a lip by the roll up doors. A couple loads took a spill.
Had such a great experience at Extra Space Parlin!!! The staff has been incredibly accommodating over the past few months while my family and I were between homes. Not only did they offer expert assistance and responsive personal service when we moved out stuff there after selling our hole, they actually let us hold our closing at the site when buying our new home. Really wonderful to have excellent client experience all around during what can be a very stressful time!
I went there to do some repairs and I was welcomed by their friendly staff. They were very professional and were on point with their facility.nBuilding was very clean and in order . I wouldn’t hesitate if I needed a place to store my belongings. Great staff once again
Fantastic customer service! I love the ease of doing business with this family-operated location. Over the last 9 years I've rented 4 units from them. Every transaction, every call has been pleasant. Bill is an especially nice guy who always reviews your contract with you.nnThe facility is clean and I trust their security. I'll be using their facility as long as I live in this neighborhood.
